Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask You to provide us with certain personal information (“Personal Data”). Personal Data includes:

 

  • Name and last name
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Years of Education
  • Country where the Service is taking place
  • Usage Data
  • Eye-tracker raw data (i.e. X & Y position of the eye in a particular moment on a screen, Time Stamp & Pupil Diameter)

Usage Data

We may also collect information that our Medical Software sends whenever You use our Service (“Usage Data”).

 

This Usage Data may include information such as the Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address) of the computer being used, the time and date, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

 

Other information that may be collected is the ID of an ongoing clinical protocol or study and an ID number composed of alphanumeric digits to identify the different subjects evaluated during the clinical protocol or study, named Subject ID. This Subject ID number is defined by the 3rd party utilizing the Service and when stored in ViewMind’s database, the ID is encrypted. The Subject ID is treated as Personal Information. No one with access to ViewMind’s database could identify a person solely by the information stored in ViewMind’s servers.

 

We may ask You to provide Your email address, but this is completely optional and it may be used as a unique identifier in the future.

Tracking & Cookies Data

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service. The technologies we use may include:

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
